BALLOON DELIVERIES TO A RESIDENCE
Balloons must be accepted in person and
will not be left at the entrance unattended. We will follow the purchasers instructions for delivery date and
time. Please contact the recipient and let them know that there is a delivery coming to them in the time that you have chosen. If the home has a gate code please enter this in the note card section of the check out. If no one is home to accept the order, there may be a charge for an additional delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable when we arrive, the balloons will be left at the business location.
BALLOON DELIVERIES TO A HOTEL
Deliveries to hotel guests are made in care
of the front desk, bell desk, or concierge. When delivered to a Casino Hotel, we drop them off at the Bell Desk. The Bell desk
will only accept your balloons if the recipients name is registered with the hotel. Otherwise, you must meet the delivery driver by
the Bell Desk/front desk area. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the hotel completes the delivery. Many hotels have different rules and restrictions for balloons and balloon deliveries. please click on this link Strip Hotel Rules for more specific hotel information.
BALLOON DELIVERIES TO A HOSPITAL
We will contact the purchaser prior to
delivery to ensure that balloons are permitted for the patient and to ensure that the patient is still a
hospital guest. Only mylar balloons are permitted for hospital orders.
